If you sign up for our newsletter, your email is managed through Mailchimp and is subject to their privacy policy as well.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required. You may pay in full or opt for a payment plan. If you choose a plan, 50% of your balance is due by ·       August 5th, 2025. The full amount must be paid by September 5th, 2025. Custom plans can be arranged but full payment is due by September 5th, 2025.

Cancellations

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability

  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods

  • Errors in Your Order

  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

What’s Included
Accommodation, meals, all retreat programming and group activities. Flights are not included. Any optional excursions or personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.
