This Journey is Not for You if…
❌ You are looking for a standard vacation with no deeper intention.
While this retreat includes relaxation and adventure, it is primarily a journey of self-discovery, soul healing, and personal transformation.
❌ You are unwilling to engage in self-reflection or personal growth.
This retreat invites you to explore your inner world, release blockages, and step into a new way of being. If you’re not ready to look within, this experience may not align with your current path.
❌ You expect rigid schedules and constant entertainment.
The Somatic Living Immersion Method (LIM) follows a natural rhythm—balancing structured activities with spaciousness, allowing for intuitive flow and deep integration. If you need a strict itinerary, this may not be the best fit.
❌ You struggle with unplugging and stepping away from work or daily obligations.
If you can’t take a break from being “on call” and fully immerse yourself in the experience, you may not receive the full benefits of the retreat.
❌ You are not comfortable with nature, cultural experiences, or conscious travel.
This retreat involves immersion in Martinique’s natural landscapes—rainforests, waterfalls, beaches—as well as interactions with local traditions and community. If this does not appeal to you, it may not be the right retreat.
❌ You want quick fixes rather than deep transformation.
Healing and self-discovery take time, presence, and willingness. This retreat is about deep inner work, not just surface-level relaxation.
❌ You are resistant to somatic healing, breathwork, or energy practices.
The retreat integrates body-based and soul-healing modalities that help release stored tension, trauma, and emotional blockages. If you are not open to these experiences, this may not be the right journey for you.
❌ You are not ready to step outside your comfort zone.
Growth comes from new experiences—whether it’s dancing barefoot on the sand, expressing your emotions in a safe circle, or allowing yourself to be vulnerable. If you resist stepping into the unknown, this may not be the right time for you.
❌ You are not interested in community or deep connections.
This retreat is designed to cultivate meaningful relationships with like-minded souls who support and uplift each other. If you prefer to remain in isolation, this might not be the best space for you.
We understand that deciding to join a retreat can feel overwhelming, especially when doubts arise. Here’s how we’re here to support you and why this experience is designed to be worth every step:

Credit cards are widely accepted at most locations, but we recommend bringing some cash for small purchases or local markets. Currency exchange services are readily available, and we can guide you on the best options.

For U.S. citizens, no visa is required to enter Martinique! All you need is a valid passport, and you’re ready to go. We’ll provide all the information you need to ensure a smooth arrival process.

What happens in case of a medical emergency?
Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Martinique has a high standard of medical care, with modern hospitals and clinics readily available. We recommend that participants have travel insurance, which typically covers medical emergencies and adds an extra layer of security for your peace of mind. We’ll also provide detailed emergency contact information upon your arrival.
Are there wild animals in Martinique?
Unlike some tropical destinations, Martinique does not have dangerous wild animals such as large predators or venomous snakes. The island is home to beautiful wildlife, including tropical birds, iguanas, and small tree frogs, which add to its lush natural charm. While you might spot crabs along the beaches or hear the sounds of tree frogs at night, they are harmless and part of the island’s vibrant ecosystem.
