Cancellation & Peace of Mind
The 500€ deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations between August 5th and September 5th, 2025: 50% refund.
Cancellations between September 6th and the trip departure, 2025: No refund.
If we cancel due to low enrollment, your deposit will be refunded in full.

For the Trip:Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the Euro 500 deposit.
Any cancellation made between: August 5th and September 5th, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between: September 6th, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use the Travel Guard Insurance online tool and choose from several policy options. https://www.travelguard.com or choose any provider of your liking.
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel your trip. All cancellations and/or any refund requests must be made in writing to Nathalie Piquionne before our trip departs. Our email address is: nathalie@deuxnoixdecoco.com. Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non-refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above, there will be NO refunds, and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement.
Deux Noix de Coco Corp reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede trip operations.
The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release Deux Noix de Coco Corp from any further liability. A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least a month prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede our departure causing large numbers of participants opt to cancel participation on the journey in the last days before departure.
Deux Noix de Coco Corp must make substantial payments to suppliers (including providers of land travel) far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), Deux Noix de Coco Corp will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. Deux Noix de Coco Corp will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any. However, Deux Noix de Coco Corp does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceeding in foreign lands. This policy applies to a trip cancellation by client choice following any necessary increase in trip costs.
