Early morning, we boarded our speed-boat for a day trip on the sea.
Caribbean music on, “Ti-punch” on ice ready for noon “apéro”.

We felt like in a movie.
Hair blowing in the wind,
sun gently kissing our skins.

We were happy.
Happy to be here, to travel, to have such beautiful views, to meet such nice people… Feeling wild and free, cruising around visiting hidden beaches and admiring pittoresque fisher villages from the sea side.

And then, the absolute highlight, just in front of us, our speed-boat cruising high speed towards the majestic Rocher du Diamant.

Stunning.

His sharp, untamed shape, and the reflections of its bulky walls .... It really looks like a massive diamant in the wild sea.

Closer to the rock, we dived into the crystal clear waters, and without any doubts, its submarine caves and corals make it one of the best diving sites of the island.
